One simple monthly price.
It covers searches, your letters and paperwork, a shared page for your household, and a couple of quick calls a day. Only the big ring-rounds are counted: two a month are included, and your first one is free.

Everything it does, for everyone at home. Most jobs are simply included.

What counts
Three kinds of job. Only one is counted.
Proxling tells you which kind a job is before it starts. Searches and quick calls are part of the monthly price. A ring-round, where it phones every place that might know, is the heavy one.

One call to one place. “Is the surgery doing flu jabs this week?” “Has my repair been booked?”

Phoning round until someone says yes. “Which dentists near me take NHS patients?” Then £3 each.
When it matters
A person, when you ask for one.
If Proxling’s own tools let it down, a person finishes the job at no charge. If nobody will answer, you can ask a person to keep trying. It’s offered, never automatic.

When nobody could say. Someone at Proxling keeps calling, signs the answer with their name, and tells you what they did.

An answer that doesn’t fit, or a call that failed on Proxling’s side. That’s Proxling’s job to finish, so it’s free.

When do I start paying?
After your free ring-round, if you want to carry on. Proxling texts the price first and nothing starts until you reply.
What if it can’t find out?
You aren’t charged for that ring-round, and it doesn’t count towards your two. You can ask a person to keep trying, priced first.
Does Proxling ever pay for things for me?
Never. It doesn’t pay, sign or log in to your accounts. It tells you what’s due and when, and ticks it off when you reply PAID.
Can we share it at home?
Yes. One price covers your household. You send the others the link yourself; Proxling never texts anyone first.
How do I cancel?
Text STOP. Texts end at once and nothing more is charged. Your answers stay at their links until you delete them.
