Your letters stay yours.
Proxling keeps three kinds of thing, apart, and only as long as a job needs them. Here is what, for how long, and who can see it.
Three kinds of data, kept apart
Yours
Letters, photos, screenshots, forwards, your household and your number. Encrypted with your household’s own key. Used for your jobs and nothing else.
How jobs ran
Which step answered, which checks passed, how long it took. No content, no names. Kept 12 months to make the service better.
Public facts
What a place said, on what date, by what method: “this practice said yes on 1 October”. These build the checked tables. They hold nothing about you.
How long
- Photos of letters and screenshots: 30 days, then deleted.
- What was read from them: until the job closes, then 90 days, unless you delete it sooner.
- Notes of what a place said on a call: 30 days. Calls are never recorded.
- Public facts about places: kept, with their dates and corrections.
Who can see it
You, and whoever you share your desk with. A letter can’t be shared by link, and it shows as a headline only to anyone else on the desk. References and account numbers are masked on screens and never sent in a text.
People at Proxling see only what a job needs. If a person ever opens a photo of your letter, the card says so.
Texts
Proxling never texts anyone first who hasn’t asked. STOP ends every text at once; your desk stays until you delete it. Links in texts are only ever on proxling.com.
Never sold
Your letters, your details and anything about you: never. What places said, as dated public facts, is published in checked tables.
This website
Cloudflare hosts this website. Connection information, including your IP address, is processed to deliver the site. The website adds no advertising cookies and no browser fingerprinting.
Every example is made up
Every example on this site is made up: the town, the practices, the letters and the times. Nothing on the site makes a call or sends a message.
